We at Paramount Clothing Co understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at care@paramountclothingco.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and provide you with a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
Exchange Policy:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team at care@paramountclothingco.com within 3 days of receiving your order and provide a photo of the damaged or defective item.
If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the purchase, which you can use towards a future purchase.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges for items that have been worn or washed, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
